1. How much does it cost to have a vending machine installed?
The installation, maintenance and servicing of a Perth Vending machine is completely free-of-charge!

2. What do I need to do to have a vending machine installed?
Simply contact us, and leave the rest to us! We’ve got your back with this one.

3. How long does it take for us to get a vending machine on site?
We can generally install and stock one or more vending machines on your premises within 7 working days.

4. Can we choose what products the machine is stocked with?
Most Certainly! We stock a variety of products catering for a wide range of users and our extensive product range will be sure to satisfy. Before we install the vending machine on your premises, we’ll discuss the product list with you. You have a say in what products you would like to be stocked in the vending machine.

We regularly rotate the products in our vending machines to make sure we keep it exciting and give you the choice of products. It really is a one-of-a-kind vending experience.

If we don’t stock a particular item, we can still try and accommodate your request (within reason, of course).

5. How can payment be made with your vending machines?
Our machines are fitted with payment systems that accept Australian currency, both notes and coins. For large businesses, we can also arrange to fit our machines with credit card payment systems.

6. How frequently do you stock your machines?
Our machines are stocked on a regular basis depending on the business needs. our regular re-stock ensures that there are no expired products.

If you happen to notice an item is running low, contact us and we’ll be out there to re-stock within 24 hours.

Rest be assured, we’ll go the extra mile to make sure the machine is fully stocked with quality products.

7. What happens if our machine has a problem?
All you need to do is contact us and we’ll come out and fix the issue.

Our standard service response time policy is 24-hours, but having said that, we do our best to address the issue as quickly as possible (we totally understand the frustration of unexpected faults!).
